Welcome to Cabernet Highlands Neighborhood Watch

Cabernet Watch is moving

Cabernet Watch.org website activity is down to just me accessing to prepare articles.  October 3rd is the annual renewal date.  The annual fee for the cabernetwatch.org   is about $250.

This is where I would usually solicit donations for the ongoing cost of the website.  However, I have opted to not renew the website.  In its place, Cabernet Watch has moved to Facebook.  During the past year, I have begun to move social media activities to Facebook.  We have a Cabernet Watch Facebook page at  Cabernet Watch Facebook Group.  The group has 31 participants.  I invite all followers of the website to click the ‘Join’ button on Facebook Group.

You can also find our group by logging in to Facebook and search for ‘Cabernet Highlands Watch’. You will know the Group by its new mascot.

After Oct 3rd this site will no long be accessible.

Neighborhood Watch is a crime prevention program that stresses education and common sense

Our mission is to teach citizens how to help themselves by identifying and reporting suspicious activity in their neighborhoods.

Changing the neighborhood is possible

Working together we can take control of our streets. Many issues can be solved by working as a community.

Ready to take the next step?

Taking action in this situation means volunteering to work in group of our neighbors to identify, discuss, resolve and execute action plans to create a safer environment for our families and friends.

“As a direct result of creating and establishing watch groups—who use the basic principles of observation and reporting—America’s citizens have reduced crime and built stronger neighborhoods.”

National Neighborhood Watch

Let’s meet up in real life to share our experiences. Through sharing we can learn how to help each other.
